Led lights

When I unlock the car the led section of the lights light really brightly (for a second) then dims.

Is it possibly to make the LEDs stay at full brightness all the time ? MY17 RRS Dynamic - Corris Grey
MY15 D4 - gone
MY12 RRS - gone
MY08 RRS - gone
MY02 Freelander - gone
