I have the older grey version, well two actually, one wth digi readout and one without, both do the same job, but the digi readout tells your battery voltage wow Mr. Green
Both a few years old now, and both still do the job.

Would recommend them, especially at the price.

I think this pic in the advert is to signify its so easy to use its childsplay .
Or she is saying yes dad its only showing 12.2 volt so I think its the alternator Whistle

Hi,
I got one last time around Thumbs Up

All seems to work well, had it on the AGM setting via the towplug on our FL2 and it was into Maintain mode in a few hours, unplugged it this afternoon

I have cut the croc clips off and Put a small multiplug on, as I have 3 different fly leads K use
Multiplug to S towplug is 1 of them

I am happy with it Thumbs Up

Would something like this be any good to maintain the battery whilst programming with an IID or Nanocom or similar, or is the output too low?
 Cheers,

Gareth

I seem to remember you need about 20 amps to maintain the vehicle while IID'ing!

For IID use you need a unit that supplies a clean voltage e.g. "Supply" mode on a C-Tek (not all have it, only the higher amp ones).

OK so Im now in trouble with SWMBO!
There was a Lidl near my hotel, so I thought Id just have a quick look at the stuff in the middle aisle (dont normally go there but since i saw this post I was curious)

So the phone call went along the lines of -
"have you spent £120 at Lidl yesterday or has someone cloned your card?"
"No dear its fine there were some cheap tools and bits..."
"Why do you need more tools, you already have every tool known to man"
"ah but these are some cheap bits I can leave in the cars and some bits I wanted for the garage"

Yep I'm back in the doghouse!! Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter
 Must stop buying shiny toys....
