Just back from a greulling 30 mile mountain bike run.
By eck, they do have some big hills over here!
Lying on my back with some self-injecting survival liquid [Stella] being poured into my system.

Life is good - sort of....
1000 mile round trip on holiday with D3 and caravan, 2 kids, missus and monster-in-law and three hounds. Averaged 25 mpg for the whole trip which i thought was great
Spent 1 night in Carlisle, then upto Loch Lomond for 5, then back via Ulswater - got back today.
Got some great whisky from Glenturret distillery that goes down so smooth 8)
However last night (according to my neighbour) some toerag decided he was going to smash my fence down between me and my neighbour last, so got that to replace sometime love to get my hands on him...... senseless vandalism - syringe full of air should cure it if i do catch him
insulin between the toes mate ! far less likely to be found - so I read somewhere . . ."To finish first, one first has to finish ...."

Hey Ron, how long are you up in the Lakes for? I am going to camp at Sykeside (over the Kirkstone Pass) from Thursday through Sunday. We are doing all the green lanes in the Lakes, and some in the Dales. Keep an eye out for us, Betsy and a mottley crew of old deranged Land Rovers and Range Rovers.

Bikes loaded, SWMBO and 2 little troubles asleep ready for the journey to Spain tomorrow.
Much as I love these good ol' Islands of ours, I also love the Med, particularly the weather and food.

I'll probably only manage about 10-12 per day @ 30 degrees C
