TBH, I dont think it looks that good on a standard D3.
It seems to conflict with the D3 front profile to much. Maybe if you paint the grille matt black, it would hide the modifications better, and also a photoshop with all the other accesories you have Chris may look better.

Personally I like the one with the sc mesh.
Reckon you'd never retain the centre bar with 4 bits chopped out, so throw the whole centre bar away & fill in with a black 'expamet' mesh.Long succession of Disco's since 2001...
