Josh, I'm hoping to get a TDV6 HSE at the end of March/early April.
The SE spec. is all I really need/want, but I have been advised by several people & I agree with them, that I should buy an HSE (auto) for easier re-sale.
No sucking off teeth & saying "can't shift 'em without the propa sounds mate" etc. if you have the HSE.
I dare say that there will still be a no. of reasons why it's value will plummet, but hopefully I'll minimise the risk with an HSE. Just don't know if I'll ever get the time to learn how all the toys work!

Sturge - you're a good advert for the D3 satnav if Worthing-Cornwall return was 900 miles '

Actually, Worthing to Cornwall, then Lands End via the coast, then another day to Mevagissy, then another day up the north coast, another to Truro, then back via Frome in Somerset for my God Daughter's 3rd birthday party then home again.
What amazes me is how easy it is to drive in tight spots with the front parking sensors etc - really nimble for tight corners etc.
Car Excelled in every way except for I still need to find a way to get a bit more leg room as I find it a little tight being 6ft 4in with long legs. I have found a place that can fit longer runners though for £150 or so quid which should solve the problem. Keep getting a sore ankle after a long drive because it is at a slightly funny angle.

I also had this problem when i first got the car.
I found raising the height of the seat by quite a large amount has removed the problem, seems a strange seating position at first but soon get used to it.Zambezi Silver TDV6 HSE - TC'd

Just remove the front seat and sit in the back! D3s have got loads of spare seats for the other passengers, so no worries. Alternatively, try corrective surgery - it's got to be cheaper than getting a LR dealer do do anything, and less chance of a recall when they find out that the bits need reprogramming.'
