Load Cover - it's all gone a bit 'slack alice' ??

Just got my nice new retractable load cover as it was not supplied by dealer with vehicle. It's a brand spanking new LR original part, went to install it yesterday and on pulling the cover over, the 'spring' was heard to release all it's tension. Sad

I've waited 6 weeks for this new cover and I now have a flappy bit of material instead Big Cry

Does anyone know if it is possible to retension the blind and how ?? I'm loathed to return it to the dealer and have to wait another possible 6 weeks Rolling Eyes

Cheers

Steve

Update - tried to reset the spring tension last night, no matter what I try it keeps unrolling so must be a manufacturer fault. So, back to the dealer it is - luckily, they have another in stock this time so hopefully no extended wait time Thumbs Up
