Locking wheel nut key 'M'?
I've been a numpty and lost my locking wheelnut key and just before I was due to change them out. I adjusted the EPB the other day before replacement normal nuts arrived. Now the normal nuts have arrived, the key is nowhere to be found now.
My pattern is like this - I think it's 'M' pattern but not 100% certain.
Local dealer was not terribly helpful so am considering using https://www.lockingwheelnutkeys.co.uk unless a kind soul happens to have an 'M' pattern and can confirm if mine is a match?
Has anyone used lockingwheelnutkeys.co.uk?

I'm led to believe it won't work on this type of nut because the top part of the nut is designed to rotate separately to prevent brute force attacks. But if anyone know different...2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

Also it would need to be a bigger size than the one in the link. If you dremel / chisel the top off the nut you can get a bolt extractor on it but you risk damaging the wheel in the process.2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

Thanks. That's exactly what I intend to buy if I can confirm its the right pattern match. But I don't have a note of the code, I've had to try and figure out what pattern it is from various sources on tinternet.
Hence my request for confirmation or first hand experience with the service where they match it for you from photos.2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

Have you checked your jacket pockets? You do know the key will turn up as soon as you’ve got the wheel off, speaking from personal experience
There's a space to store it in the bottom of the scissor jack storage foam... Tried there?.

Thanks, yes, I've looked everywhere including a 3/4 mile walk to the end of the lane yesterday in case I drove off with it attached.
I'll call MJ Fews on Tuesday. I called into Grange (was TH White) last week and certainly wasn't made to feel welcome. They offered to take them off for £80 (0.5hr labour) but it was their attitude more than the cost that put me off.2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate

Did you attach it to an extension bar or breaker bar?
Is it still attached to either?Mods:

I did but it's not on the socket, breaker bar or torque wrench
The weird thing is I have *no* recollection of removing it and putting it somewhere - though I was in a bit of a rush - but it suggests to me that I may have left it attached to the wheel 2016 Skoda Octavia VRS Estate
