Ukraine 2005 Discovery 3 TDV6 S Manual Zambezi SilverDiscovery 3

Roughly his costs for not having a ULEZ compliant vehicle are £270 per month (ish).

You can PCP some good ULEZ compliant cars for a lot less than that. He could also use the money he gets from his current car as a deposit and he gets a warranty and peace of mind. Thumbs Up

I’ve decided that as my son has cost me a fortune over the years, and continues to do so, he can either pay the charge, move to a new flat outside the zone or walk. Not my problem😂

Or buy a cheap petrol runaround. My 57 plate Jazz is ULEZ compliant, worth about £1k and cheap as chipolattas to run. Peeps don’t need to go out and spend big money on new cars, there are plenty of old ULEZ compliant petrol cars out there. Thumbs Up

Yea, like D3 V8s with CO2 emissions of 354 g/km. But they’re indeed ULEZ compliant and California ULEV II, too. Mr. Green

So, asked TfL to explain why the same vehicle on it's original plate was £12.50, and on it's new plate £100, and as you can see, no intelligent answer, just that their system will be changed to reflect either registration will be £100.

Dave, pretty sure the D4 is either M1 or N1 classification rather than what they're saying it is? Possibly why you're getting the £100 charge? It should state this on your V5 document.
