To realise that your sat nav is taking you on an unsuitable route

Didn't realise you could be summonsed for driving without due care and attention for using a sat nav "Never keep up with the Joneses. Drag'em down to your level. It's cheaper".

Yes, but you can for not using your eyes or basic common sense.

I saw that story earlier this morning. Shocked

I don't think you can be charged with driving without due care for using a sat nav (unless you are not watching the road Wink ), I think this chap has been charged because he followed it like a lemming, when common sense should have told him something was not quite right Rolling Eyes

The local BBC news reported this last night, the reporter made out that this road / track was not suitable for vehicles
