Loss of power & flickering rev counter on hills

I Have, last couple of days started to experience low power on hill with the rev counter flicking / jumping D3 diesel auto 2004.
I hoped it may be intercooler hose issue but reading the forum I have a feeling it may be gearbox related.i have no mechanical knowledge so any help you could give would be appreciated. Only had the car a month or so

Get some Dr Tranny, put a piece of short 8 inch or so length of hose pipe onto the top cooler connection and pour it straight in. Take it for a drive and it should be sorted with 20 minutes or so.

I did mine a couple of weeks ago and it stopped the mild shudder I had straight away.

Probably just a short term fix be prepared to replace the torque converter joys of owning a Disco I'm afraid. Rolling with laughter

It really is very simple, have a look at the photographs on this link, there are alot of people who swear by it.

Maybe worth contacting Bodsy for a gearbox flush with new oil and add the Dr Tranny then, that is what I did and I have no shudder at all now.
