I have been the same - the car 'terrifies'' me every time I drive it - and I've had it over 5 years.. but I still love it!

So when 'lockdown' started I added on AA recovery etc... the full monty (didn't trust Bank Account add on to 'do the job' - as it were...)

Last night - the electrics failed in our house (no dramatic weather here in West Cornwall - so far...) and phoning a very popular and advertised home insurance company ... no reply...... for ages and ages ... so we gave up after 30 minutes or so... there was no direct line for us..

But I digress - got WD and AA - all costly - but some peace of mind maybe?
