It would be helpful to others if you would report the Software Version that you are now running, if possible.

Mine has been OK for a while. I think you need to have Petrol Station set as a Quick POI in the settings for it to work.

I have to say that this is a really stupid feature. You can only find petrol stations once you are near empty.

Driving a 4.4l V8 makes it a nececity for trip planning as you go along.

Hi.Jack, try this, pull voice command switch and say, "Navigation Petrol" and the POIs appear on the screen, to get rid of them, pull voice command switch and say, "Navigation POIs Off"
 I'm not as good as I once was........but I'm as good once as I ever was.

I can get an indicated 80 mile range out of mine when it reaches that level. You should try driving a V8 on LPG with a spare wheel tank - now that requires planning, especially when sometimes the tank indicator says 1/4 then 3/4, but then it works on pressure so you have to factor in the ambient temperature too.

You can always get the sat nav on the move mod and then select a petrol station as a POI on the go or most red traffic lights give you enough time for a route calculation.

edit: or as that man said Voice commands if you have it

@Hobgoblin

Thanks, it did work. Thumbs Up

A different command was needed, but after having done what I should have in the first instance... Embarassed

The handbook clarified it, but to be very honest, if I read the handbook beforehand, it would not have clarified it enough for me to get the required result. Big Cry Big Cry Big Cry

Very Happy

@albal

Is the LPG more economical ? Apart from UK fuel costs, any other advantages ?

Although fuel here is cheap - no Diesel Models are not imported-, but you can do a conversion to LPG.
