LR Bull Bar, anyone using one ??

Thinking of buying one. Was wondering, if anyone had been using one, how do you manage when it
comes to MOT time... Mine is a 2005 D3 and wondered whether i could get away with it fitted.

Anyone got any pics of one fitted to Buck Blue D3...

Also are the brackets available for fitting spot lights to the bar ??

Would very much appreciate your input guys.

Regards Thumbs Up

I have a LR OEM A Bar, thats ok, as it meets the legistlation at the time of build, and I think the current legistlation. The law is always under review as the do gooders just dont like the thought of a 4x4 with front protection.

However, if you are talking about the OEM Metal wrap arounds, NO..................They are on ebay cheap because they cannot be fitted in the EU, and if caught by a clued up traffic policeman culd land you in a bit of do do, and your insurance/Mot will be invalid.

Here is mine, on a Zambezi Silver

It does'nt come with the L A N D RO V E R, I fitted that in the indents on the A Bar.

There are fitment Points here, under the top of the A Bar for OEM driving lights, but the brackets only come in the Driving Light Kit

All done

Yep, mines just been through what must have been one of the most expensive MOTs in history for a 4 year old car, but the A bar didn't come into it:

Anyone got any pics of the fittings/kit, which enables the spot lights to be fitted to the a-bar, like Macleods ??
