I am having trouble viewing any of the info on the LR Owner Info site when I click on any of the items I get the green bars on the bottom of the explorer page scroll across and I just get the same page up again, anyone else had problems or got any ideas?

works Ok for me... what browser are you using ?
Should be fine with Explorer and Safari (Mac). Used to be crap with Safari but they got rid of the bugs within 10 days after I complained and did some testing for them.
They have a good web team... but are hard to contact.

I've cracked it, my Norton internet security was blocking the pop-up screen so all I have to do is disable my internet security to download and then put it back on.
