I have now covered 90000 relatively trouble free miles in my D3 and the service is now due. Does anyone know if after service number five the schedule simply defaults back to service number one?

It's an A or B service every 15,000 miles / 12 months for ever + extras such as cambelts at certain intervals, unless you're an 'arduous' user

Good information with the Service Schedule, Slimer.
Just printed this off in readiness for my next service [in 10k time], as I may not use a franchised dealer since my D3 is now out of warrranty.
This service will be 'the big one' -105k.
Cam belts need doing on this service!!
Will show schedule to local garage to see if they're up to it.
Good idea for this to be a Sticky - ideal for all others with vehicles out of warranty. I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.

Vehicle approaching 3 year old. Due 3rd service but only covered 30000 miles. Through the post I've been offered winter check for 50 quid by main dealer. Looking at the check sheet for the 3rd service and comparing this with the winter check the main difference is the oil change bar a few simple checks which would be covered by the due MOT, ie lights, brake function.
Rather than taking on 3rd service, thinking of asking for oil change, MOT and winter service resulting in considerable saving.
Any thoughts ??
Sorry for the bad english but just finished sunday lunch and some rather nice barolo.

Yep, it is in the site Wiki area I believe that every human has a finite number of heart-beats. I don't intend to waste any of mine running around doing exercises.

Couple of questions on the maintenance schedules (BTW thanks for posting these)
1. Looks like there is no time limit for changing belts on diesel - I had previously been told 5 or 7 years
2. Can we rely on diesel fuel in EU being below 0.3 in sulphur content and 15K oil change OK (wouldn't go over 12K myself)? I guess this also means if I go to Morocco, probably need to change oil and possibly fuel filter afterwards

This is my first Discover 3, so i have little or no idea of the servicing procedures requires for the 90,000KM service, i understand the 105,000KM is quite an important service.
What should i have done now at 90,000 and the same for 105,00
Sorry for the long question, but any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you're talking in KM then 105,000 is not the same as 105,000 miles. The 105,000 mile service requires the cam belt to be changed which is expensive, I guess this would be at 160,000KM but check in your service book. D3 HSE MY05 Auto

I have about 6 months to go before the warranty expires, I will have the delaer inspect the bushes everyone has been talking about, reflash the front sensor software, and inspect the actuator for the EPB, anything I need to worry about? I bout mine used with 42,333 KM on her, so far so good.
Cheers.
