The lads Giulietta gear selection is a bit notchy which I understand is not uncommon in these cars. It's 12 years old with 145K on the clock. Changed the gearbox oil around 6 month ago. I've been looking around for a decent additive to aid gear selection. Any recommendations?
I realise at the end of the day it's a worn box, so anything added will only mask the issue.
I've seen Moly Mos2, Xado Maximum, Lucas to name a few.

Just as an update to this enquiry, we when with Xado Maximum. Some 500 miles on & the notchy selection of third gear has almost gone. I was sceptical whether it would help but at £30 it was worth a punt. Certainly seems to have improved the situation for the time at least.
