Well. a lag acording to wikipedias dictionary can mean :
Noun
lag
team; group of people which in sports compete together versus another team; or in general, work closely together

I thought owning your own still was illegal in the UK and that wood alcohol was not nice to drink. oh well, some people have unusual talents

Had a lie in today, was up at 8am!!! Thought half the day was gone!
Just finished pressing loads of apples, have 90 ltrs of cider fermenting with about the same amount of apples collected or still on the trees. That should see me & Mrs L through the winter, though I will do my best to try & persuade Mrs L that she does not like cider! My neighbouring farmer had 3000 ltrs of cider left at last count and if this is as good as his, god help my liver!
