Hi to you all.
Not a new subject I know but can I have your thoughts on exteneded warranty and what company.
LR TOO much £££
Tesco or Dealer or ?
It's nearly 3 years old and 25k on the clock. Any feed back would be great. Need to watch out on that the companys pay the full labour rate.

Go with Tesco's - covers Wear & Tear, LR does not, not sure about dealer warranty
At that mileage you should get the premium cover - still will save about £500
Also, join AA as I believe all LRA will be AA soon anyway

I went with the AA Prestige Cover warrenty, had a quote at £519 - phoned them and asked why a "colleague" had managed a quote on the same car at £467 - why hey - they did mine at the same amount. So two years cover for less than 20quid a month.
yet to try using it, but thats the point of cover, you hope to never have to use it.

just had a look on the AA site, the only warranty I can find has a limit of £500 per claim ?

prestige cover has single claim limit of £3000, and unlimited claims up to the value of the vehicle.

Oh come on have faith! 
Didn't buy a warranty in year 4 and didn't need one, now 4 months into year 5 and haven't needed it yet either.
And this is from a November 04 model, the really unreliable ones  D3 TDV6SE

Ron it better not go until after Saturday, its got to get me to Twickenham and back, it's used daily has done 44k but just (here I go again) has been completely reliable for 4 1/2 years. Course if I do get a problem I've got a 'haven't paid for a warranty fund' to go towards/cover repair costs! D3 TDV6SE
