Handbrake switch not working

Morning all,

Last week my handbrake chucked an error when I got home.

It wont operate (on or off) via the switch in the cabin but will still auto release/apply when you move off/take the key out.

Theres no screeching (thankfully)

Has anybody else experienced this?
Can I get just a replacement cabin switch? Ive had a quick look but can only find a entire kit.

Cheers

Chris

May not be the switch, it may be the wiring at the connectors on top of the left hand chassis rail near the spare tyre.

Thanks all. Problem sorted for now Thumbs Up couldn't find any broken wires but did find a lot of muck and dirt so cleaned it all up. Did the same at t'other end by the switch and hey presto all working again.
Now just have to see how long it lasts Laughing Whistle
