May not be the switch, it may be the wiring at the connectors on top of the left hand chassis rail near the spare tyre.06 D3 SE / 15 LR D90 XS SW / 88 LR 90 Td5 / 68 BMW 2000 ti

It did have a rather wet and muddy weekend not so long ago at seven sisters so im wondering if something has got wet that shouldnt have

If it is the switch I have one as replaced mine with a D4 one.2006 TdV6 HSE.

Thanks all. Problem sorted for now couldn't find any broken wires but did find a lot of muck and dirt so cleaned it all up. Did the same at t'other end by the switch and hey presto all working again.
Now just have to see how long it lasts 1995 Discovery 1 300TDI
