Retail price for a handbrake module is around £413 + VAT, and approx 3-4 hours to fit.
Would allow for replacement of discs, pads and EPB shoes while its all in bits My D3 Build Thread

mine cost £1050 i think for the lot fitted inc vat -------------------------------------------------
if you cant hold on dont let go , it ill come in handy for something even if you never use it.
