Mud Flaps
I’ve just fitted Tuff Rok mud flaps to the Disco - good and flexible (with the LR oval!), instead of the brittle plastic ones.
Pleased with myself.2014 - D4 2010 HSE Nara Bronze

I've just had a set delivered, identical to Scott's.
They look to be a generic D3/D4 set - no idea why the seller is posting them as year specific, or even specific to D3 or D4.
Fitting the front was a doddle - just re-used two existing screws and a push in rivit job.
Ten minutes, all sorted.
The rears, however...
Seems I have to use one existing fitting - check.
Then re-use what could be a screw (D3) or a bolt (D4) - er, I just have a hole where that should be.
And a screw into the arch liner. Hmm, that's not much material to hold anything.
So off to Halfrauds shortly to pick from their selection of fastenings.
Annoyingly I have everything I need in my workshop - I just can't find anything in there.
They do look the business though, and I reckon they should keep the muck off the side of the car, and tin tent, much better than my existing nothing, or even the official items.19?? Hi Ding, sorry missed this before.
If I can I'll go measure up later today, but what dimensions exactly do you need?
Cheers

What is missing from Tuff Rocks kit are two 90 degree brackets which have plastic inserts to take self tapping screws. If you look at the rear mud flap kits on Topix you will see the brackets which fit on the existing structure behind the wheel arch cover. The existing structure is longitudinal and the 90 dgree backets give a transverse surface for the flaps to be fixed to. I cheated and bought some stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers and connected the mudflap to the wheel arch cover which was not an ideal fix but it is holding!!.
