Your D4 looks great! I would put 18" wheels with 265 65 18 KO2's.D3 2005 V8 SE Bonatti Grey "The Rhino" (our NYC D3)

Why on earth would you downgrade the seats to D3 seats from D4 seats?
Although your "New" car would be unique it will probably make it very hard to sell and reduce the book value somewhat...
Would be a "Keeper (Forever)

Looks good Adrian.
Are these D3 arches, as I believe the end profile is different to the D4.
If so, any issues in fitting?I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.

I prefer black leather D4 seats, but the D3 seats are more utilitarian than the D4 ones, unless he wants to go for black seats and his are alpaca.D3 2005 V8 SE Bonatti Grey "The Rhino" (our NYC D3)

The main reason is really just that I like the grab handles at the headrest (although I do find the D3 seats more comfortable).
But it's not such an issue and its probably too much hassle to go down that route.
So the plan is that any changes I make, I can put back to standard if I don't like it (or heaven forbid) decide to sell. I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.

A reason to keep the D3/4. I don't really see the new Defender 110 as a real substitute for the D3/4 due to boot/cargo space. The 130 will probably be the right size similar to the D3/4.D3 2005 V8 SE Bonatti Grey "The Rhino" (our NYC D3)

are you thinking you'll get to pay the lower road fund tax rate ?

Good point, but already paying a lower band on my MY14 than I was on my MY11. I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.
