MY14 D4 to MY05 D3 facedrop
Thinking on giving my Corris MY14 D4 HSE a more purposeful and classic look (without rai, a frame, rack etc).
So possibly looking at taking it to MY05 D3 spec.
Here's my thoughts on the D3 bits I'm thinking on changing to.
1) leather HSE ebony 1st & 2nd row seats
2) black front grill
3) black plastic wheel arch trim
4) black rear plastic bumper
It'll still retain some of the current features e.g. black rear lights, fairy light headlights, aero door mirrors etc.
Points 3 & 4 should be a straightforward swap, but anyone got any idea on suitability of points 1 & 2?
Also, anyone got some of the bits going cheap?
Oh and YES, I might just be going a bit mad. 🏴

didn't know the MY14 commercial came with the plastic bits ( I knew earlier D4s did).
I'd keep the body colour cladding on the tailgate bottom though.🏴

Most seem to have painted arches MY14 and newer but there's a few without here and there. I would have fancied one when i was looking for mine but in the end it was the heated steering wheel and zenons and a few other toys that won out.Stu

I think it would look good ronp you could spray the arches with plastidip then peel it off when you fall out with the look. I do have a set of arches going spare.Mantec sump guard.

Thanks chaps, that's given me even more of an incentive to do it.
Plus, it'll be different to every other Corris/black pack D4. 🏴

What would be cool is just putting the black wheel arches and modding the grill of the D3 to fit the D4. Keep the bumpers the same so it does not have a commercial look.
