I can understand your frustration; it took them two weeks to register mine owing to 'discrepancies' in the paperwork; too many fag breaks more like! Took a good few 'phone calls and the intervention of a Deputy (who was extremely helpful) to sort it out.
Enjoy the permagrin and don't forget to wave when you see me on the road!
