no need to be rude mate. ive no idea what you mean. drivers? i was given the appropriate software and download it. it worked on my mates but not mine. i have no idea what to do next. the software is from this site as is the lead

i did answer pal but like i said i dont know what you mean. you would need to explain it so i understand. i have the lead and the software off this site and ive followed the instructions and that screen is as far as it gets then stops. theres nothing more i can say. it just freezes

What Narpy is trying to point out is the drivers to work both the Webasto software and OBD leads.
Sometimes Windows (whichever version you are using) will need a certain driver installed to make certain products/software work properly.
You say it worked on your mates vehicle, were you using a different computer/Windows version? Discovery3 TDV6 GS

if you think of the software being the bit that allows you to talk to the Webasto via the computer, the driver is the bit (that you generally won't see) that allows your computer to talk to the hardware bits … the lead and thus the webasto.

ah gotcha. thanks. and you conman. last night i went onto the page in the wiki which explains what ya need and how to get it. i see the drivers section but not sure how to download it. one of them is chinese. it all might as well be
