Hi there been searching every where for tips and details on removing front bumper ( with fogs and sensors ) on my se 2006 discovery 3, does any one have details or ideas on how best to do this and which bolts need removing?? had look last week end was bit nightmare.
Can only find everywhere about removing rear one. Any help be amazing thanks Darren

Darren,
DG posted the link and it's as good as any I have seen 
Taken mine off a few times and never had any problems getting it off or on. Do no worry about the fog lights or parking sensors as they are all connected via a very simple plug.

Thanks guys for the help and support, completed washer bottle change this am in a total of 1 hour 40 mins.
The plan is really good and recommend any one to use this and if any problems on replacing yours feel free to message me.
