Looking at a 2007 Bailey Pagent 6 Champagne locally this weekend  Already armed with a damp meter anything else I should be looking for?

Cash under the seats 
If poss just check everything is working when its on hookup and with a supply of water, its surprising how many water heater elements are burnt out.
Also make sure the toilet is not leaking from the pump ( usually located just above the toilet cassette )
these are prone to freezing and splitting when its frosty if not drained down correctly.

Fridge on gas needs to work.
I think this model has the Dometic unit, 2 common faults with this model:
1. Supply option (12v/240v/LPG) switch cracks meaning that it doesn't always work as expected.
2. Thermocouple loses efficiency - either needs to be replaced or realigned in the flame.

Any service history or warranty,check tyres over 5 year old need replacing. Best of luck

All the above comments are good advice if buying privately so you can price according to allow for possible follow up costs, if buying from a good dealer then all the above should be sorted and tested at their expense and current certificates of gas safety and caravan service supplied if not walk away.

Cracking at the top of the front panel. (not sure if this is cured by 2007) Long succession of Disco's since 2001...
SIII Lightweight - neglected & rusting. Bulkhead, A panels, vent panel & outriggers now disintegrated - Next years project!

Fridge not a worry as I will bin the 3 way (utter rubbish IMHO) and fit a compressor fridge, just might know a company that sell them 
Private sale second owner had for about 6 years. In good nick apart from lots of tiny dents to side around the door apparently done by buckle of the cover coming off and flapping about in the wind. Already viewed this last week going again tomorrow to see and test connect to water and power.
Not looking for a mint one as SWMBO wants to tow it, also with two dogs and a 8 year old grandson possibly more damage on the horizon
This is it I have offered £5500 providing no other issues found tomorrow.
