New D3 same old problems

After 2 years time for a new one.....or nearly new

Picked up today from dealers

Inspected car, and started on my list of whats wrong

Scratches all down passenger side
Cigarette lighter and cover broken and hanging from consule
dents in centre console
Travelled 200 yards and warning of low coolent level
could not load any discs in to CD player
Interior valet looked like my children had been given a cloth to play with

Good points Auto box is a must over manual, like driving a different car !!

Lookers in essex have a busy day next Monday, but why should a car leave any dealers when it is only a few months old , of a prestige brand not looking as good as new !

Would Audi have let a Q7 out in this state ?

Did you not look at the car, take it for a test drive, etc, before buying?

Not every thing is possible to check

You see a dealer and sometimes not all cars are on site.

Yes I did see the car earlier in the week and raise some other issues, but these points came out today,

Some of them after i took the car, and I was not prepaired for another week a a freelander.

If i have any other problems i will reject the car

thanks

Re: New D3 same old problems

"Scratches all down passenger side" - Did you buy it in the dark?

"Cigarette lighter and cover broken and hanging from consule" - Or online?

"dents in centre console" - See above!

"Travelled 200 yards and warning of low coolent level" - Turn around drive 200 yards and take it back?

"could not load any discs in to CD player" - Understandably annoying!

"Interior valet looked like my children had been given a cloth to play with" - Why accept it and drive it away?

"Lookers in essex have a busy day next Monday, but why should a car leave any dealers when it is only a few months old" - Because people accept them and drive away!!!!!!

"Would Audi have let a Q7 out in this state ?" Only if their customers accept woefully prepared cars - nuff said!
Some say the glass is half full. Others that it is half empty. I say 'Are you drinking that?"
