| NO SOUND FROM SAT NAV, VOICE CONTROL AND TELEPHONE. |

I NEED SOME HELP SORTING OUT MY SOUND ISSUE.
1.WHEN I RECEIVE A PHONE CALL THERE IS NO SOUND TO ALERT YOU TO THE INCOMING CALL.
THE RADIO VOLUME REDUCES, AND IF YOU ANSWER THE CALL, THE CALLER HEARS YOU BUT YOU DO NOT HEAR THEM.
2.WHEN THE SAT NAV IS USED THE RADIO AGAIN REDUCES THE VOLUME BUT THERE IS NO SOUND FROM THE SAT NAV.
3. WHEN THE VOICE CONTROL SYSTEM IS USED AGAIN THE RADIO VOLUME REDUCES BUT THERE IS NO SOUND FROM THE VOICE CONTROL. THE MIC WORKS BECAUSE YOU CAN ASK FOR A SPECIFIC PHONE NUMBER TO BE DIALED.
IS THERE A COMMON COMPONENT THAT I HAVE TO CHECK?
EVERYTHING ELSE WORKS FINE, THE RADIO AND CD PLAYER.
THE VEHICLE IS A LAND ROVER DISCOVERY 3 XS 2.7LTR 2007.
ANY HELP WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED  first time owner of a disco 3.
working my way through some issues with it.

no pleasing you, is there Narpy ? polite, punctuated and comprehensively explained issue but OP posting at 20 to midnight has sadly left caps lock on so gets a telling off and nowt else ? 
erniee … try a hard reset first. take both connection off the battery and short them together for a few seconds (others may be along to say longer ? ), then reconnect battery and see if it's fixed it
