I have a 2012 D4 (HSE) running on 20 inch wheels. In the service menu, I do not have anything relating to tyre pressure monitoring. Is this standard specification or an optional extra?

Option, in the std handbook there's a section on it.
If you have it you will have metal stalks on your valves, rubber if not. Disco 4 2012

It was an optional extra on that MY I think it became standard on either MY2014 or MY2015  Cheers Ian

For 2012 TPMS was an option but it was absolute pants so didn't bother with it.
But heated steering wheel, cubby fridge, vision assist pack, locking rear diff, park heating remote were all worth getting MY12 D4 HSE Ipanema Sand
