Northern England to Italy: Easter 2009 (Offering transport)
For complicated logistical reasons, I will be driving solo from Manchester to Florence at Easter. The current plan is to take the Hull-Zeebrugge ferry, so I would be able to transport items (not too many or too bulky -- I will have the family's luggage as well) from places along the M62 corridor to points between Belgium and Northern Italy without too much difficulty.
I will be making the return trip the following week, so let me know if there is anything that needs transporting.Mark...

Another bump.
I have dates now: I'll be crossing Hull-Zeebrugge on 9/10 April, driving down to the Swiss border on Good Friday, then to Florence on the 11th. On the way back, I'll be travelling from Pisa to the Italian Lakes on 19 April, thence to Saarbrücken/Metz, and back to Zeebrugge on 21 April (with a bit of sight-seeing on the way).
Give me a shout if you need anything transporting along that route.Mark...

Hi innominate,I might take a chance on your ride.
Slimer should give me some info about a pair of LHD xenon light if they fit right away on my alogen SYSTEM,so
i would appreciate....I might intercept you on the way down or even come to florence if I find a time-spot,cause I live near rimini.
which way down you'll take so make a"rapid"computation.....
anyway if you ever will be close to rimini anytime by the april 18th or 19th let me know so i'll try to organize a welcome party and you may join the DISCO-PIADINA TRIP with us.....
