Numpty Question on TV Installation

For a while now I have been toying with the idea of installing some sort of way to fit TV into my D3, preferably the SatNav screen TBH.

Forgive me for using a link to Ebay, but is this what I need

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RANGE-ROVER-SPORT-DI...240%3A1318

The description says its Plug n play, would that be true, and exactly whats involved for me to do this, or is it too much hassle and not worth it.

Cheers in advance

That is only an interface to make tv work while on the move . You would already have to have the factory tv to make that work . ..

You would need something like this

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Land-Rover-multimedi...240%3A1318

It interups the video signal that comes from the sat nav box under the seat . Reversing camera would also come on when you select reverse . You would have to tap into the aux audio on your car though ..very easy

This is only the interface to connect to your screen ..you would still have to add a tv / dvd / ps3 or what ever .

Alternativly you could just connect to the back of the screen and enter via the diagnostics.

There is not going to be any great car tv system ..you will never get a great picture while moving

Shocked wow, looking beyond the price, that looks a great idea

Now was'nt expecting that cost this month with TFC's service on Tuesday 28th, so will put on my watch list for next month.

Cheers Wiggs, mucho appreciated

Wow! Can you play that via the steering wheel controls? I used to do a Suduko on the local 20MPH section, but had to stop when they took out the square humps that steered the car onto the next hump. Now I have to have my hands on the wheel anyway, this game would be a great way of avoiding the tedium of the 20 zones Thumbs Up

Rolling with laughter Rolling with laughter

Don't need steering wheel controls - I have a special remote instead which I just wave at the screen 8)
