Partly yes, I have a large data allowance and worldwide usage not just Europe. I would expect to be compensated for the network being down, not only did I have no data but no signal all day too, if my car broke down I would have had no way of calling for help etc. Not what I pay for. I am pleased that they are offering some form of compensation as an apology, I think that’s the right thing to do.

I just knocked my 3 account down from unlimited calls & texts + 4gb for £11 to 600 mins, unlimited texts & 1gb for £5. More than enough for me & SWMBO esp as will be mostly in three feel-at-home (or whatever they now call it) countries. Will get data either via hotspot from hotel as part of room or cheap as chipolattas local data sim. Mr. Green

The best I’ve heard so far is a supply teacher complaining about losing a days pay because they couldn’t find the school they were due to teach at without the aid of Sat Nav!!

To think people like this are educating my grand children. It beggars belief Thud Discovery 4 HSE
