Hi all,
I have an 05 Discovery 3 that shudders when accelerating and hunts while cruising. If pretty much resigned myself to the fact that I will have to have the box reconditioned and have someone to do it. It’s going to cost roughly £2000 with a secondary radiator fitted for the ATF. My question is this... Does anyone know of somewhere that sells reconditioned auto boxes that could be fitted straight in rather than having my own box pulled, stripped, and rebuilt? If so, where and how much? Is it a proper task to replace it?
Any pointers would be great.

Give Austrin Gearbox specialists a ring in Newcastle upon Tyne.
They are spot on.
2 year warranty on rebuilds
They have customers from all over the country.
It might not be as bad as you think
