Park sensors

I've recently bought a Disco 4 GS Spec which is spec'd quite high, leather with heated front, heated screens, cruise control.

it looks to have sensors on the rear, but nothing happens.

is it standard spec to have sensors? or are they dummy sensors?

any idea what to check? fuse number etc
