Parking sensors not working

Parking sensors not working

When selecting reverse the camera kicks in as usual, but a long single beep and flashing light on the parking sensor button warns that these are not working.

The front ones don't work either.

Any ideas? Paul

Tried cleaning and drying them - mine do that when very wet / dirty

Paul, if you have a look in this thread you will see I am having the same problem on my MY2012 D4, they went off and then started working again but now they seem to have gone off for good. I have tried giving the sensors a wipe etc but they wont come back on so I am just waiting for everything to get back to normal and I will be booking it into the dealers Thumbs Up Cheers Ian

I've had the same issue in the past. Turned out to be a broken wire underneath the rear bumper...

Thanks for the replies - I did go through a lot of water over the last few days - some of it pretty deep. So that's probably why the sensors aren't working. I will give them a day or two to dry out. Paul
