I don't think its the right lead for an HSE with amplifier under the seat.
That is why it don't work out the box.
It shouldn't be too difficult to move 2 wire though and may it work

Then incartec haven't got proper lead and 10-325A want work off the box. Misleading description.

I got my Parrot from a different supplier, who also supplied 3 other leads to support the disco 3 with the HK system with the silver amp under the seat. The Logic 7 HK system has the black amp.

Still did not fix my parrot connection. Email to incartec got answer should work and cabel connection looks ok. Suggest the parrot bluebox might be broken. Only checked parrot blue box in another car works perfect.
Quick question about picture of the plug below. Should I have some cabel at pin 3?

I had this parrot, and hated it. It would always just turn off and I'd need to restart the cartoon get it running again.

I got that fixed. Must be something wrong with phone input in radio itself. I did connect saperate speaker to parrot and works perfect. Small speaker fits perfectly to center of dashboard where the premium HK speaker should be. My parrot case closed for good. Thanks for tips and suggestions.
