PDC / Fog Connector

Looking at retro fitting fog lights, but it seems I only have the 8pin PDC connector behind the O/S headlight unit and not the standalone 4pin fog connector. Does that mean I would have to fit parking sensors (and all the bits that go with it)?

Or can I just use the PDC + Fog wiring loom to connect fog lights, but not sensors?
