Picking up new car
Well todays the day at long last !!! Picking the car up at 1pm from Dealers in Edinburgh. Hopefully I will be as happy with mine, as you guys are with yours, (mind you I have been very happy with my Discovery 300Tdi for the last 5 years) so fingers crossed. Kenny.

You read my mind. I'd even started writing a post when I noticed the time and thought "no point, he's already left"!

You pick it up, you drive it around a bit, you take it home, you look at it ,you go upstairs, you go back ("I forgot someting in the car, hon"), you look at it again....

Yeah, the first night I just sat in the car with the manual, and tried all the buttons and tried to work out all the options on the satnav... Neighbours must have wondered about that big, beautiful shiny car with the engine running all night... 2006 Zermatt Silver TDV6 'SE' Auto, Mantec sump guard, Frontrunner roofrack, Lightforce 140s, split charge system and... a Jetboil.

the disco 2 will become a fond but distant agricultural memory once you have driven the D3 for a while. 2007 TDV6 HSE 'Silver Lady'. With 'free' privacy glass LOL.
Taking the greenpi$$ is: Green taxing your citizens more & using some of the money to buy nukes.

Was'nt actually sitting outside the Dealers, was stuck in bl**y traffic getting into Edinburgh !!! Well what can I say, amazing springs to mind, also sooooo quiet compared to my (now gone) 300Tdi. Sorry can't say any more, need to go and look out the window again.
