+1 for Cadac.
I have the collection of cooking surfaces but only use the paella pan. It holds sauces but also will do meat, fish or whatever. It has a teflon coating so everything is cleaned by rinsing with hot water.

IF you can get one (rarer than hens teeth) - go for a 'Garden Queen - Sandringham'

They are italian, suitcase style (no wheels) charcoal BBQ and I love it - had mine some 12 years now, really want another but cannot find them anywhere Big Cry

Thumbs Up

Is it a Garden Queen Sandrigarden? If so I may know why you've been having trouble finding one... Wink

For charcoal it would appear the best in terms of being easy to pack away with everything else would boil down to:

Son of Hibachi/Grilleto
Weber GoAnywhere
Weber Smokey Joe

For gas:

Cadac

Have to admit I like the OzPig as well but looks a bit too bulky and more of a portable furnace than a family BBQ to sit next to the tin tent Laughing

Now.... just to find some fire retardant material to put on the D3 tailgate to use it as a cooking platform... Smile
