| Possible issue with new grille mod? |

There is wiring and a plug just below the bonnet. With the old grille it was out of sight and protected. With the new "open" grille its in direct contact with wind and rain.
Will the engine heat protect it from corrosion or should we take any measures to avoid future problems? CLUB ILLEGAL CAR WASHERS

You can just wrap in it self sealing tape & keep it out of the way. It's the Polution sensor plug for Japanese markets.  Bodsys Brake Bible
