Happy to dig out the 4 days of routes from last years Pyrenees trip, a good 4/5 days worth between Collioure and Andorra, created from Wikiloc rather than road books.
We did it on our own in a 15MY D4, there were however a few scratchy bits (managed to polish them out), a number of places where I ended up having to 'spot' for my other half and a few bits that I would have questioned had it rained recently.
I certainly wouldn't recommend following it unless competent in your truck, have AT tyres fitted and ideally in a group.

Thanks for the reply, my truck is fully loaded, lift kit, under body protection, heavy duty front and rear bumpers with winch out front, 265/75/16 hankook Dyna pros. There would be at least two trucks mine and my dads. Yes i would like any routes possible, can't send pms yet due to just joining up!

One of the reasons I bought my D3 was to do trips like this and more beyond. As a newbie , what ideally do I need to do to the vehicle in terms of under armour / tyres / spares / electronics. I know it's a long list but won't be going till 2018 so have plenty of time to get everything past SWMBO...
Already have sump protection as a start....

Most of the Pyrenees routes can be driven in a standard road car - you see enough of them about 
The only thing you need for 99% are decent tyres and bashplate at the front. Anything else is a bonus.
