Andrew,

you got me all curious so I just fitted the BIB to the front of the car, in the rain Rolling Eyes

It fits well over the winch but doesnt reach the Mantec plate. However, just started making a piece of Tin 26mm deep. I reakon I can fix it too the Winch bolts under the tray and then a few Self Tapin screws to the alloy mantec plate. That will keep the scoop clear but still leave the recovery eye free. I'll make it out of chequer plate once ive got the template right.

few pics of BIB fitted

a lot of the blokes here just use a tarp and put it under the bonnet for the top and use ocky straps to attatch to the sides and underneath and it is also used when working under the D3 and as a drop sheet for a tent or even as a hootchie. not to poo poo your idea Andrew but maybe build some of these points in (if you havent already Whistle )

No worries about poo poo chap Thumbs Up and fair play to Duncs mod, however I am making a bib for my car and just wondered if anyone else wanted one.

But Andrew, does yours catch fish?
I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

I presume it'll still fit even if I haven't yet got a winch mount in place, so count me in.
LRs are a fond memory, apart from the maintenance.
