At the risk of repeating myself - had the same problem.
Did you have the battery Monitoring System reset after the battery change?
I found that was the cause of the similar systems reseting issues. Had loads of codes right across the car.
Borrowed a Delphi diagnostics systems and did the rest Monday and cleared the codes. All has been ok since.
Suspect I still have an alternator issue though - that might have been the cause of the original issues prior to the battery change.Current : Discovery 4 HSE (2012 spec)

Had exactly the same problem last year with my LR4 MY2012
I replaced the screen/headunit after trying the unit from another car.

I had a similar problem whilst I had an intermittent fault with the rear parking sensors.
The sensor problem was a chafed wiring loom inside the rear bumper (fixed under warranty) When the sensor fault was cleared up, the radio/sat nav etc all returned to normal.
I hope this helps with your problem.
