Rear Air Suspension Strut Rubber Cover torn

I noticed that the rear rubber cover which covers the air suspension strut is torn - is this difficult//expensive to replace, and should it be replace immediately?

One of mine has been like that for three years or so, not caused any problems whatsoever. Mr. Green

Two of mine were torn and after speaking to an LR Parts guy he showed me the parts diagram that shows you can buy the just the rubber seals for the suspension. They were cheap enough as well, bought them too as I have previously had a leaking suspension unit (due to the D3 being used off road for work!). It was a one of the more cheaper fixes!
