Whats even more worrying, is that quotes like these are fairly common from the main dealers in Glasgow

Even more worrying is the fact that some people still pay them!

You would have enough change to go elsewhere to have your pipes replaced Thumbs Up

Did my front to rear pipes last year with good old cupro-nickel stuff Whistle
Bit stronger than copper and joined onto the old steel ones as far forward as my little fingers could reach 8)
Will replace the rest when I eventually have to take the body off Rolling Eyes

Gonna dig this one up!

Has anyone got a copy of the full bulletin with the guide? I am having all rear pipes replaced with copper on Friday and would be good to have this to hand for the garage. I gather the exhaust must be partially removed to get to the pipes?
