A question that none have asked is:-
Why do you want to remove it??? I was a normal heterosexual chap, but in these new woke awakenings I now identify as a Wardrobe.

And if it still doesn't come, attach a rope to the nearest lamp post and to the bumper, and drive away - that should sort it.
I take no responsibility for any damage caused as a result of the above action IE - 05 D3 TDV6 HSE - Zambezi Silver
SA - 07 VW Golf TDI - White - Sold!

I have had the rear lights out and noticed a bolt each side under the light. So you sholud start by taking out the rear lights. There are two small pozzie screws on the inside black plastic trim and then prize the light unit out with a plastic blade, between the light and rear quarter panel. This is all I can help you with at this time.
If you do remove the rear bumper take some pics, where all the rest of the fixings are.

Why Take the bumper of to fit parking sensors?
I went to the dealers, told them what I wanted to do, and then measured, the parking sensors on a car.
If any one is interested these are the measurments. (Iam old I still measure in imperial)
From the top of the bumper. 3.5ins down for ALL sensors.
From the edge reflector 1.75ins ------------- 6ins 6ins ------------- 1.75ins
The dotted lines are the reflectors, on the bumper, and all measurements are to the centre, of the sensors.
Then you will be dead centre of the holes in the steel bumper, behind the plastic, bumper.
Also put some tape on the plastic bumper, in case you slip with the drill, and drop the spare wheel to the floor. (ideal to rest your back on when running the wires)
15 minutes holes drilled, and wires inside car.Land Rover Dicovery 3. 5 Seats.
With side Steps, And rubber floor mats and rubber load space cover.
Front and Rear Mud Flaps.
Light Guards.
Engine Re-Map
Alpine Mobile Media Station. With SatNav.
