| Rear doors smaller windows take off |

Hello,
Need to take both smaller window off and can not find any info here. 
Any one knows how to take them off, once you have taken the larger window off, its surrounding rubber strip, the smalle window's bolt a the bottom of its vertical bar (inside the door once door trim is off) ?
That is where i am and even though i pull on it toward where the larger window would be, it only moves 1 inch or so .
