As far as i have heard, no.
You would require a full new wiring harness for starters and even at that, a friend who built a couple of G4 Disco's, still couldn't get the rear diff to work, even after fitting all the proper equipment.
Someone like Wiggs, Colin/BBS will probably be able to shed more light on the subject.ATB
IIRC part of the problem also lies with the activation - it needs the source codes that only LR have...?The next American ex-pat that calls it a "truck" is going to find out what 2.7 tons feels like on their foot...

Ok, so who has been rubbing the lamp again
I can't remember now, exactly who it was i was discussing this with, for which i apologize, however i do recall the requisite detail and considering what i would need to do to implement this myself, which of course is much the same for anyone not having it and considering retro fitting it.
On the technology / electronics side, you require the vehicles main loom to support the plugging in of the Rear Differential Control Module ECU. I would have to re check, but i am fairly sure that when i upgraded my D3's main loom, the connectors were there. But if not, i am quite sure it is possible to add the requisite connectors and wiring as a sub loom over the main one, made up from the connectors and wiring cut out of a main donor loom and spliced in accordingly.
Then of course there is the Chassis loom, however i recall my forgotten correspondent stating he had figured how to retro add that part quite easily as an overlay to the standard one, and in fairness you would only have the Diff connector to main harness wires to add, which should be easy if you are taking the bits from a suitable donor.
Of course even if you added all the requisite wiring and ECU's they won't work anyway.

Only LR and BBS you mean .
You just need to wave a little MSV-2 magic on the CCF settings, which is where i suspect your "friend who built a couple of G4 Disco's, and still couldn't get the rear diff to work, even after fitting all the proper equipment" was failing Alan.
On the physical side, of course you have to swap the manual diff out for the electrically controlled one, but apparently the 2 drive shafts are also uprated for beefier ones too on the EDIF models.

It is possible, as long as the car has the Terrain Response system.Regards,
