Rear suspension question

MY LR3 (left hand drive) has the passenger side rear wheel droop lower than on the right side when the rear is fully lifted off the ground. It ends up lowering enough that the upper and lower control arms end up contacting each other. Is this normal or is there an issue with my suspension? I would have expected both sides to droop down the same amount.

You have a problem with the suspension on that side. Sounds like a possible bag leak. Just trying to picture how the upper arm touches the lower when you have the knuckle holding them apart. Can you post a picture please.

It's the damper (within the air strut) that ultimately limits the droop. Sounds like the damper is damaged, or the rubber bushes top and bottom are gone.

Thanks for the tips! As suggested, it turned out to be a blown shock on the side that was drooping down further.
